Simply cancel your original booking and rebook for your preferred date.

To cancel a tour, use the dedicated cancellation link in your booking confirmation email.
*Cancellations made via email or talking directly with us cannot be processed online. Please contact us directly. If don't know how, leave us a message through our Contact Form.
Our cancellation fees are based on Japan time. Refunds, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed using your original form of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If there are not enough spots for your group, reach out to our friendly customer care team via the "Contact Us" form. We will do our best to accommodate your group or suggest an alternative tour.
f you did not receive a confirmation email after booking, check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, email ayuda@tours2nara.com from the same email address you used for booking, and include your booking name, the specific tour, the date of the tour, and the number of people.
Our customer care team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our tours to Nara city end at the same location where they started. However, you can choose to end the tour at Kintetsu Nara Station to explore Nara further or return to Osaka, Kintetsu Namba Station with our guide.
Mt Yoshino Tours begin and end in Kintestsu Abenobashi Station in Osaka.
We always aim to wrap up our tours within the scheduled timeframe, but our top priority is making sure you have a fantastic experience. Sometimes this means our tours might run a little over.
To make sure you have the best time possible, we recommend not scheduling anything immediately after the tour. This way, you have a buffer in case our tour goes a bit longer than planned.
Please wear comfortable walking shoes.
Also, it is a good idea to bring a rain jacket, umbrella,hats and sunglasses just in case it rains, snows or too much sunshine! This way, you can stay comfy and fully enjoy everything we offer.
We strive to offer an intimate tour.
The maximum number of guests is 7 for the Mt. Yoshino Tours, and 15 for all other tours.
Our tour involves a fair amount of walking, so it is not recommended for guests who have difficulty walking for the duration of the tour.
Our tours are not generally recommended for guests with wheelchairs or strollers, as some locations or walking paths are only accessible on foot.
The deer at Nara Park do not really get along with pets, and we want to respect their natural habitat and ensure their well-being.
We usually tour in light rain or snow, but if we determine that weather conditions pose any harm to our guests or guides, we will cancel the tour and issue a full refund.
Tours will also be canceled in the event of any national emergency, such as earthquakes or political unrest.
Make sure to bring plenty of water and sunscreen! Hats and sunglasses are highly recommended.
In case of a climate emergency that could compromise the safety of our travelers we will contact you through e-mail as soon as the situation is comfirmed.
