- 18:00 We will meet in front of the Souvenir Shop called "Goto-chi" at the East ticket gate, in the B2 level of the Kintetsu Namba Station in Osaka.
There are east and west ticket gates at Kintetsu Namba Station. Please be sure to be on the east side.
The Hozanji line of this cable car is the oldest commercially operated funicular in Japan, opened in 1918.
Since then, locals love this cable car and use it everyday to conmute. You can’t beat the cable car for a bit of fun!

This mountain has been revered since ancient times by the locals. It is the perfect destination for those seeking a refreshing getaway, and to connect with the history and natural beauty of Japan. The night views from the mountain are simply spectacular.

After descending from the cable car we are going to head to Hozanji Temple. Built in the year 665, this temple is one of the few temples in Japan that can be visited after sunset.
It was originally built as a place for training Buddhist monks and famous figures such as Kobo Daishi (Kukai) are said to have studied there. The temple is also famous for its prayers for good fortune in business, attracting pilgrims for over 1300 years.

This area is the big star of our Halloween tour!
The forest behind the temple, hides a pathway where statues of guardian deities of children and travelers (Jizou). The statues will greet and guide us to the final pavilion, creating a unique mystical atmosphere.
