Itinerary

(1) Meeting Point

- 8:45 AM We meet in front of the ticket gates of the Kintetsu Osaka-Abenobashi station (in Osaka)

(2) Mt Yoshino Cherry Blossom Trail

This trail gives us the chance to enjoy one of the bests Japan's hanami spots, surrounded by cherry trees blooming across the mountain.

(3) Kimpusenji Temple

Its main hall is the second largest wooden structure in Japan and has been designated as a “National Treasure of Japan”.
This temple houses 3 Zao Gongen statues, over 7 meters tall. These rare blue-skinned guardian deities, unique to Shugendo religion, are hidden from public view but revealed during spring. If we are lucky we may be able to see them!

(5) Yoshimizu Shrine / Viewpoint: 1,000 Cherry Blossoms at a Glance

The greatest spot of our Nara Cherry Blossom Tour! From this shrine you can enjoy one of the best views of the cherry trees called “Hitome senbon” (1,000 cherry blossoms at a glance). This is why Nara Prefecture has been celebrated as one of the nation's biggest hanami destinations. Not to be missed!

(6) Ride on the Blue Symphony Lux Train to Osaka

We will end our hanami experience in Nara, riding a lux train from Mt Yoshino to Osaka (*Subject to ticket availability)

- 17:22 Ends at Osaka-Abenobashi Station of Kintetsu Railway in Osaka

(6) We depart at the scheduled time, so please arrive punctually.

(8) The order of stops may vary depending on route conditions or congestion at destinations.

(9) If any locations are closed, we will visit an alternative location instead. No refunds will be provided in this case.
